Description:
In this course students will learn specific and precise movements that can be applied to their clients shoulder, elbow, and wrist. Students will also learn specific combinations of movements for the hip, knee and ankle. These movements and stretches are designed to regain flexibility in the nervous system and restore efficient and effective gliding of the nerves between their neighboring tissues and fascia. Students will practice the movements learned in this class on each other as well as experience what they feel like by the instructor and other students in the class. Students will be able to make informed decisions on which of their clients can benefit from these techniques and explain the benefits to their clients.
